How It Works

1. Call Flamingo A Friend at 850-438-4004 to order one of our lawn greeting displays.

2. Choose your display and message from our many critters and themes.

3. In the early morning hours, on the day scheduled, Flamingo –A-Friend will secretly surprise your “victim”.

4. Your unsuspecting “victim” will awaken to the surprise of a lifetime.

5. In the late afternoon or early evening we return to pick up our critters and clean up our mess and leave behind a happy memory.

6. We deliver 7 days a week.

7. We do deliver in most weather conditions. We do however, reserve the right to cancel the yard display or alter the delivery time if we believe dangerous weather conditions exist. If we do have to cancel a display, we will contact you to reschedule or refund your fees.

8. We like to schedule your lawn display over the phone to insure accuracy. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal Check or Cash. Orders must be paid for in advance.

9. Refund Policy:
We will refund your money in full if:
• You cancel your lawn greeting at least 5 days in advance.
• Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your lawn greeting and it cannot be rescheduled within an appropriate amount of time.

We will not refund your money if:
• The homeowner prevents us from setting up the display
• The homeowner asks us to remove the display.
• You cancel the display with less than 5 days notice.
• You have given us the wrong address
• The delivery is to a gated community and we can’t get in.
• There is a dog on the property that won’t let us in the yard.
• Or for any other reason that is beyond our control that prevents us from setting up the display.
